And our standing pc of art it’s worth upgrading if you have Apple Watch Series 1 to 4 and if you would like bulky watches

Technology each year keeps getting an update that create the fear of missing out. The first ultra released around the time I got the seven and sometimes patience is a virtue. Didn’t think much about it until this year saw the Ultra Two and thought why not. The difference in size does make my first watch seem really tiny, looking out of place on my wrist. All that to the side what is the upgrade? Almost not noticeable since whatever is included wouldn’t be useful to anyone rocking one to average locations. The only key features are that you got an increase size to the watch with supposedly a brighter screen (Haven’t notice, could be privacy screen) now you’re wondering if it’s actually worth it.

It’s probably just preference in the end cause the other essential feature is having a better battery, not having to worry about it dying at work if forgetting to charge. Any owner of ultra probably already is happy with their previous purchase and the lack of color choice is a good reason to wait another year to see if they come out with a better one.

This Apple Watch Ultra 2 is simply awesome. I upgraded from a Series 7 (my first) and this one has so many new features, it is faster and much more responsive.

I love the bigger screen, which makes scrolling so much easier, and the action button is great for customizing recurring actions, like starting a timer (my preference).

Th only thing a little awkward are the placement of the crawn and home button (I think its the same problem for the first Ultra) as every time I flick my wrist strongly (like pushing down on something) it takes a screenshot. Not a big deal, but something definitely worth fixing by apple in a redesign.

But overall. this is the best smartwatch I had so far and I am wearing it every day now.

After about 9 months of evaluating which smart watch I wanted, the final decision was the Apple Watch Ultra 2. The competition was the Garmin 75 Pro, a very fine watch but it’s a hardcore sports watch. I am not that level of athlete, so I chose the Ultra 2. I love the watch because of its many functions including phone service that does not require your iPhone to make and receive calls. It’s the real Dick Tracey phone from my childhood. It’s interface with the iPhone is the main reason in my selection and I was not disappointed. I am very happy with my purchase. For apps there is a choice between icons and list. The icons fill about 3 screens which you can control using touch screen or you can use a list mode for more description. You can instantly toggle between the two. The screen is large, but the watch is lightweight, and is very comfortable to wear. Charging has not been an issue, it’s fast and easy.

I really like the largeness of this watch since I have asked you arthritis and things are hard to use when they’re very small as my fingers don’t work so very well anymore.
I like the way the door walk application works go sometimes I get home and forget to stop the walk and end up with a long long walk I didn’t take being recorded. I wish there was someway that it would notify stopped and put it on pause and dinged for me so I realize that I had finished and needed to stop it perhaps someday that will be worked out for people like me.

Just upgraded from a Series 8 Apple iWatch. As a hiker, it is important to have a means to make contact if there is a serious problem on the trail. With the very accurate GPS and Emergency ‘call’ feature, one can feel more secure (especially when hiking alone). The Blood Level Oxygen and Heartrate features are also useful. So many more features that you wonder how all this can be ‘packed’ into such a small device.

The watch is what you can expect from a great Apple product.
Best was onwam.ae service today. We missed the delivery as we weren’t at home. One quick chat and a couple of minutes the super nice driver was back at our door and we are safe for Christmas!!! Awesome service onwam.ae. Thank you.

So, I decided to take my Apple Watch Ultra 2 on a deep-sea adventure, and let me tell you, it’s not just a smartwatch; it’s a certified scuba buddy! As I descended into the abyss, I half-expected it to transform into a mini submarine – alas, it didn’t, but it did keep track of my dive time like a champ.

The underwater experience was so immersive that I almost asked Siri for the best seafood restaurants in the area. I mean, if you’re going to dive deep, might as well plan a fantastic post-dive meal, right?

The water-resistant feature worked like a charm, and my watch emerged from the depths drier than a desert. I almost felt sorry for it, wondering if it missed the thrill of a good splash. Perhaps Apple should consider adding a “water play” mode to satisfy its aquatic cravings.

Now, if only it had a fish translation app – imagine having a chat with a curious clownfish about the latest updates in the tech world. “Have you heard about the new iPhone Fishbowl Edition?” I’d ask. Who knows, they might be tech enthusiasts too.

In conclusion, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 isn’t just a timekeeper; it’s a fearless underwater companion, a potential gourmet guide, and possibly a future diplomat in the fish community. Dive on, my friends, and may your underwater adventures be as entertaining as Siri’s attempts to decipher dolphin clicks!

I had 4.0 version previously and stopped wearing it because it was just a watch that would bugger me senseless throughout the day. This one is different. I mountain bike, run, hike national parks and BLM lands, golf and travel extensively. Everything I need is now on my wrist.

  19. Ryan H (verified owner)

I upgraded from Aw gen 2. This Ultra 2 is awesome! Same features as older watches just must smoother! Watch face is 49mm so it is a lot easier to scroll and use the apps. Apps run great.

Watch band is nice, but I need to get a new one due to offsets sweat from exercise. I plan to spend the money for an Apple band. Yes the bands are $99, which is very high for a band, I wouldn’t want to put a band on the watch that doesn’t match the quality.

Overall, Go for it! Buy the watch! Enjoy 😎

I am 72. My version of extreme sports is walking my dog 3x daily. I bought this watch because I like the titanium/sapphire look and because some of the functions I find useful. I like the ECG capability. I suspect the last thing I will see before I die will be my watch face. I check the weather frequently and it’s great for messages and phone calls. Still can’t believe I can make phone calls using my watch without my phone present. The dynamic wallpaper is beautiful. Overall, a real achievement in technology and design for a lot less than a Rolex.

My first Apple watch, a Gen 5, was a surprise birthday gift from my family. It wasn’t something I was thinking about, as I’ve been a fan of analog, solar-powered watches for years. And I didn’t care for the way the early Apple watches went dark when you weren’t looking at them, nor the need to charge a battery every day. But I loved that Apple watch (still do, my wife now wears it happily). I found it incredibly handy, especially after moving to work-from-home due to the pandemic — picking up phone calls and keeping up with Outlook tasks is huge. AND, weirdly, the pesky “activity rings” encouraged me to get back into an exercise routine (just to shut them up) and I lost weight that had been bothering me for years. As a result, I’ve really gotten involved in the Apple health environment, linking my scale and tracking my various measurements. It’s been a great motivator to keep improving my physical shape.

So, why the big, expensive Ultra? We do like to get outdoors (kayaking and nature photography here in Florida) so I’ve got a use for a durable, GPS-enabled device. And that Gen 5 was a little small for my maturing eyes. This watch handles all of that, and offers even more health data (Blood O2, etc.). And it hasn’t disappointed.

    Likes
Looks — important in a watch. I’m not a huge guy, but all this “It’s too BIG” hullabaloo is nonsense. It looks terrific on my wrist and is just as comfortable to wear as the smaller Gen 5 watch (thank you, titanium/ceramic construction).

Productivity — It would be hard to go back to having to check my phone for calendar reminders, weather activity updates, etc. And even without a paid cell plan, the Ultra of course lets you answer calls on your wrist so long as your phone is nearby. It’s a great help in a work-from-home environment.

    So many complications!
The larger face on the Ultra 2 allows more complications, in a more readable fashion, and the Ultra-specific watch faces show them off to great effect. I don’t know if I need to know my altitude, compass heading, number of steps, outside temp, day, date, time, battery status, and upcoming Outlook tasks all at once, but I really enjoy having that ability now.

    Outdoors
I’ve used the Ultra for exercise tracking (works great, of course) and it’s had no trouble banging around the yard, but so far no nautical outings or hikes to test the backtrack or other GPS features to track distance (and keep you from getting lost!). But I’m sure glad to have them.

    Battery
I mean, more would be better, but my Gen 5 was running out of juice after about 15 hours, and the Ultra 2 is generally in the 70-80% range after the same period. I still charge it every night, but I don’t worry about it giving up before then as I was starting to have to do.

    Not So Likes
None really so far. Okay, paying iPhone money for a watch is a lot. But to be fair, it’s not hard to spend what the Ultra 2 costs on either a fancy outdoors watch like a Fenix/Garmin, or a more traditional high-tech watch like a Citizen, or a really nice looking watch from whomever.

To me, this one covers it all. Attractive titanium case, Sapphire crystal, water resistant enough for diving; tough enough to take out boating or hiking, all in a multi-billion-transistor wrist computer with dozens of customizable watch faces, a compass, altimeter, depth gauge, heart monitor, blood oxygen sensor, sleep and exercise tracker, appointment reminder, music player and wrist telephone. Phew.

And yes, it tells time, more accurately than a $200,000 Rolex that can’t access the Internet. And it doesn’t need to be reset twice a year for Daylight Savings Time.

I wish the Apple bands were more plentiful and less expensive. I got the comfy Trail Loop, but it would be nice to have the Ocean too without paying another $99. But I’ve been wearing my existing silicone sport bands most of the time (large Gen 5-up bands fit perfectly) and onwam.ae has a staggering number of Ultra-compatible watch bands available (picked up a really nice SS mesh band for business outings for $27 and a leather one for about the same).

    Bottom line
If you have an iPhone, an Apple smartwatch is a no-brainer. Yes, it’s another thing to charge at night, but you’re already doing that. And it is almost odd how handy it is having so much information available on your wrist — once you have it, you won’t want to be without it. I also think the exercise integrations are huge, whether you’re a hardcore gym rat, or just need to make sure you didn’t sit in a chair all day — being able to track your improvements is a great motivator. It’s been a game changer for me. I literally exercise in part to watch my “numbers” improve. Weird, but true.

As for the Ultra — the name’s a bit much, and the price is steep, but if you want MORE of what Apple smart watches can do, in a bigger, more attractive, sturdier, more capable package, this is a great piece of gear. I couldn’t be more pleased.

    Five big, smart stars.

  25. Charles R Schmidt (verified owner)

I get 3 and a half days of battery life with this monster! Really cool and I put a big GShock looking band on it and everyone notices. The always on screen is the 5h1t and is clear and bright. It does do the blood oxygen stuff as well and I am very impressed….. This is very dumb not to upgrade to if you have the resources.

  26. Muhammad (verified owner)

Always used Apple Watch since 2018. Last Apple Watch I had for three years thought to upgrade to this one. It was well worth Upgrade love the huge display. The biggest thing is the battery life I can easily get two days out of it. Where is the my iPhone need charges at least the 15 Pro Max at least two times a day.

  27. Josiah (verified owner)

So the extra mm make a diff on this scale. It’s just super useful. I charge it every 2 1/2 or so days. Super responsive super bright when you need also super dim when you want. Yah it costs money but if you want a smartwatch that is reliable and nice this is it.

  28. Sam Goubran (verified owner)

    i love this watch.

  29. Charlie (verified owner)

It was one of the most amazing and beautiful Apple Watches I have ever owned. The orange ocean band makes my watch stand out in the crowd. When I travel, I don’t need to worry about frequent charging during extended flights. The excellent waterproof feature takes away my worry when I wash my hands. Love all the built in health features to keep me fit and safe!

  30. Amanda sulikowski (verified owner)

Bought this watch for my husband. He’d been wanting it for a while! It is perfect for a man as its size is a bit in the larger side. He was very happy with it. As of now I don’t know to much about any of the added features like the dive stuff. He was hit by a car and really hasn’t been able to enjoy it just yet.

  31. Lawrence A Tavalieri (verified owner)

As a fan of and Apple purchaser this watch is of superb quality and reliability

  32. Jeffrey C. (verified owner)

I bought two different loops over the past three years thinking they were top-of-the-line for sleeping analysis and other biometrics. I’m a position and I came to the conclusion they’re completely junk. I once woke up sick as a dog and told me I had a 94% recovery, so that was my last straw. So I finally broke down and bought an Apple Watch and this thing just continues to amaze me. The problem with Whoop is it’s all about last night and not much about right now where the ultra 2 is all about everything.

  33. Natacha (verified owner)

This product came well packaged and looked exactly as if I just bought it at the Apple Store! I was a little hesitant to buy it through onwam.ae but I have no regrets after receiving it. I Love THIS WATCH! Best Watch Apple has ever made hands down!

  34. QS4178 (verified owner)

Just the battery life alone has me hooked. Looks nice and clean!!

  35. Ahmed (verified owner)

The look and size and feel is totally advanced however the price difference not sure if it is justified much

  36. Jasmyn Jarnigan (verified owner)

He loved it— the blue band is super nice and the watch has all of the cool features a guy needs to do guy stuff….. like scuba dive and work out! He loved it.

  37. Jason (verified owner)

You get what you pay for and this is everything with a little extra.

  38. Bernard Davis (verified owner)

I’ve had at least three different series of Apple Watches and this by far is the biggest screen and also the longest battery life I’ve ever had. The features so far match the series 9 with a few extra.

  39. onwam.ae Customer (verified owner)

I really like this watch – so much better than my previous Apple Watch (Series 5). There were three features that convinced me to buy this watch: 1) brightness, 2) battery life 3) Oxygen Sensor. As you all probably know by now, it looks like Apple is going to remove the Oxygen Sensor – not happy about that. This is why I am only giving two stars for the “Value for Money” – I hope that Apple provides us some compensation for the loss of this feature. Only time will tell….

  40. LimeGreen_Snowball10 (verified owner)

Mi sobrino está feliz con su Apple watch.

  41. T Hill (verified owner)

Getting about 72 hours of battery life to pleasantly surprised. Nice to have health info schedule and weather all on one screen. Two little issues

    1) when I say hey siri I never know whether the watch or phone will respond. Even when I hold the watch to my face sometimes the watch will stay quiet and the phone will respond from my pocket – but then can’t hear the rest of what I said
    2) the little finger click gesture – they have some major bugs to work out on that. Works about 10% of the time for me

Otherwise works great. Very customizable. Nearly infinite watch faces available. Expensive but if you have a busy life and or health issues and want to track steps activity heart rhythm heart rate O2 and get alerts from various sources on your wrist that is all worth it IMHO.

Only real negative is the included magnetic charger stopped working within a week. So buy a backup. A pittance in cost compared to the watch but irritating

  42. Fred (verified owner)

I bought it 2 weeks ago. I thought it would be hideous but useful. I was completely wrong. I’m an outdoors kind of guy and it works wonderfully when I run cycle snorkel in the sea, swim laps in the pool and more.

The bands and watch faces can be changed to make it work for smarter occasions. I bought a third party titanium band and put a smart watch face on the screen and now it looks nice and spiff.

    I highly recommend this product!

  43. Jeff (verified owner)

Love this watch. I upgraded from the Apple Watch and noticed the difference. Battery life is excellent…can go a full 2 days before needing to charge. The charger that came with it is rugged and charges the watch within an hour or so.

  44. Jim T. (verified owner)

I’m an older guy but still exercise, hike, walk, etc. I’ve had knee replacements on both knees with the last one being just a few weeks ago. I’ve had several Garmin’s, my last a Venu 2. I had problems keeping them synced to my iPhones but loved the long battery life. I wanted something with fall detection, the ECG feature and would play nice with my iPhone 14. I’ve not been disappointed. It is so easy to use compared to my Garmin. Battery life is not nearly as good but charging it about every 3rd day has not bothered me at all.

I did have a chance to test the fall detection. The night after my surgery while in the hospital I got up and due to a nerve block my leg gave way and I went to the floor. My Ultra 2 immediately said fall detected and was I okay. Fortunately I was. I hope it never happens again but if it does I know it works.

  45. PJD (verified owner)

I’ve had an Apple Watch Series 2 and a Series 6. My complaint with them is the battery life. Apple Ultra 2 Series has a much better battery life so not constantly having to put it on the charger.

  46. SSchott (verified owner)

I bought the silver stainless steel series 9, and it just didn’t quite seem like a worthy upgrade. This one is truly an amazing upgrade from any series of Apple Watch.

  47. Kevin kovar (verified owner)

Wear it everyday to work, really nice and durable.

  48. Tim CZERWINSKI (verified owner)

Great value to track lifestyle, heart health, auction sleep, etc.

  49. Gonza B (verified owner)

If you can get Ultra 1 at a decent price, just go buy that one. If you have Ultra 1, don’t upgrade. If this is your first Ultra, then yes! I bought this for my dad, he loves it. Battery life is insane (2-3 days) and it’s rugged so he won’t break it. Highly recommend it especially if you can find it on a discount.

  50. Fixerman (verified owner)

This purchase was a gift to myself with an onwam.ae gift card for 40 years of service at my company. I love the look and functionality of this Apple Watch and the quality really is ultra. I appreciate the larger screen real estate on the Ultra because you can see it better and can add more complications to the bigger screen. I’m very happy with this purchase.
